Our Fees

Our fees are described as follows so there will be no financial surprises for either party. Please note that we do not accept any health insurance, workman's comp, personal injury cases or otherwise. HSA/FSA accounts may be used.

Practice Membership

• $130 (Individual)
• $190 (Dual)
• $250 (Family)

The Practice Membership includes an unlimited number of visits each month that your Membership is active. This option is setup on monthly auto-debit and requires a 3-month commitment.

Month To Month:

• $160 (Individual)
• $220 (Dual)
• $280 (Family)

Our Month-to-Month option includes an unlimited number of visits during any given month. This option does not require auto-debit or a prolonged commitment.

Visit Package

• $250/8 Visits (Individual Adult)
• $130/8 Visits (Individual Child)
  • 5 Years Old & Younger

Our alternate option is a Visit Package, which is multiple of our "Per Visits" at a discounted price. These 8 visits may be used during any regular business hours and must be used within 1-year of purchase.

• Dual = Any 2 people in a family unit, living under the same roof*
• Family = 3+ People in a family unit, living under the same roof (limited to 2 adults)* "Child 12 and under
